TERMS:   All payments are to be made to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check or credit card with 3% convenience fee or wire transfer.  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each item purchased. Any titled items will have tax paid in the state or county you reside. All items must be paid for within 2 days of the sale.  No items can be removed until paid for.  All items must be removed within 2 weeks of the sale.  Loading is available M-F from 8 AM to 4 PM.  NO shipping will be offered.  Buyers are responsible to pick up items.  After 2 weeks, arrangements have to be made or you forfeit your purchase.  Wieman Land & Auction staff will be at the sale facility in Worthington to collect payment on sale day (August 21^st and the following day August 22^nd) from 9 AM to 3 pm.  After that payment will need to be mailed to Wieman Land & Auction.
