As the Freeman Athletic Association has plans to enhance and maintain their complex into the future, they have decided to offer this commercial property at public auction in the Freeman Community Center

TERMS:   Cash Sale with a $5,000 nonrefundable down payment on Sale Day and the balance on or before January 31, 2019.  A warranty deed will be provided.
